As PLN's VP of Operations, Chris excels in enhancing franchise partners' unit-level economics. By streamlining operations, assisting in financial management, and coordinating with the FranDev Team, he drives profitability at each franchise unit. His unwavering commitment contributes to the success of individual franchisees and overall network growth

Director, Unit Operations
The primary responsibility of our Unit Operations department is to develop systems and procedures that will make running our stores more efficient daily. To give ongoing support and cascade information regarding progress and development, as well as to train franchise partners to operate their stores efficiently.

Director, Growth Technology
Our Growth Technology department develops and maintains technical solutions for PLN clients and franchise partners, driving KPIs through innovation and analytics to enhance relationships and brand value propositions. Our combined marketing and technical solutions expertise offers a holistic approach that supports community transformation and business growth.

Director, Production
Our product development team brings innovation to life by managing manufacturing from end to end. This includes consumer-based research, product strategy, supply chain management, manufacturing, and logistics. Additionally, product development works to optimize all existing products while maintaining the highest nutritional & quality standards.

The Franchise Finance role not only leads our 'Financial Health' program but is also accountable for managing royalties, compliance, and marketing fund reporting. This position focuses on unit and organizational economics, ensuring financial accountability and transparency at all levels.
