Frisco, Prosper and Coppell offer in-store pickup and local delivery; Plano currently offers in-store pickup while its full services are finalized.

Yes, from Frisco, Prosper and Coppell, across much of the northern DFW corridor and North Dallas — including Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Allen, Plano, Oak Point, The Colony, Coppell, Irving, Addison, Carrollton, Lewisville, Grapevine, Colleyville and Keller. Delivery for your specific address is confirmed automatically at checkout. Coverage today runs through the northern suburbs and North Dallas rather than the full metro — if you're closer to Uptown, Downtown or Oak Cliff, checkout will let you know. In-store pickup is also available at all four stores, including the new Plano location.

Do I have to sign up for a membership?

No. You can buy meals, shakes, protein balls and supplements individually at any of the four DFW locations without a plan. Most people who stick with it end up on a PLN+ membership, because that's where the coaching and the InBody scans come in, but there's no requirement to start there.

What happens at a free consultation?

You sit down with a coach at one of our DFW stores, get an InBody scan that shows your body composition, and leave with a plan built around your goals and your schedule. It takes 20 to 30 minutes and there's no commitment.
