At Project LeanNation, our mission goes beyond products—we exist to educate, guide, and empower lasting lifestyle change.
As an Educator, you are not a salesperson. You are an Educator on the front lines—helping clients cut through confusion, build confidence, and take ownership of their health. Every conversation is an opportunity to create clarity, build trust, and drive meaningful progress.
With the support of the Key Lead, you bring our mission to life—translating knowledge into action and ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and equipped to succeed.
As the primary touchpoint in the client experience, you are responsible for turning everyday interactions into impactful coaching moments.
Lead with Purpose:
Guide clients through their health journey by simplifying nutrition and removing guesswork
Educate clients on the “why” behind our approach, not just the “what”
Ask thoughtful questions to understand goals, challenges, and behaviors
Provide personalized recommendations rooted in each client’s needs and lifestyle
Create an environment where clients feel empowered—even beyond their time in-store
Drive Behavior Change:
Reinforce consistency, accountability, and long-term thinking
Celebrate wins and reframe challenges with empathy and solutions
Help clients build confidence in their ability to sustain results
Create a Coaching Environment:
Bring energy and intentionality to every interaction
Ensure the store reflects a space of professionalism, education, and care
Deliver a seamless experience—from first conversation to follow-up
Support Daily Operations:
Maintain product availability, organization, and cleanliness
Prepare the store for success each day using the Daily Sheet
Ensure the shake bar and retail space consistently meet brand standards
Execute transactions and backend systems accurately to support client plans
(Operations support the mission—but the mission is always the priority.)
Grow Yourself, Grow Others:
Collaborate closely with the Key Lead and leadership team
Continuously develop your knowledge in nutrition, coaching, and communication
Contribute to a culture centered on growth, accountability, and impact
This role is for someone who sees themselves as more than an employee—you are a coach, educator, and motivator.
You’re passionate about health, wellness, and helping others succeed
You value education over transactions and impact over volume
Enthusiasm: You bring energy that inspires action
Knowledge: You are committed to learning and sharing with purpose
Emotional Intelligence: You listen deeply and respond with empathy
Influence: You guide clients toward better decisions without pressure
Discipline: You execute with consistency and attention to detail
You don’t wait to be told—you step in, take initiative, and lead
You understand that every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference
This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to change lives through education and connection.
As an Educator at Project LeanNation, you help people build confidence, create sustainable habits, and take control of their health—one conversation at a time.
If you’re ready to lead with purpose and grow into a true health coach, we want you on our team.
