At Project LeanNation, leadership is not about title—it’s about ownership, influence, and impact.
As a Key Lead, you are the standard-setter for coaching, culture, and performance. You bridge vision and execution—ensuring that every Educator doesn’t just do the job, but delivers meaningful client outcomes.
You are not just supporting leadership—you are extending it.
As a Key Lead, you are responsible for leading the floor, developing people, and owning the client experience in real time.
Own the Standard of Coaching:
Set and model the expectation for what great coaching looks like
Ensure every client interaction is rooted in education, clarity, and behavior change
Step into conversations to elevate quality and guide both clients and team members
Reinforce consistency in how we ask questions, make recommendations, and build plans
Drive Client Outcomes:
Take ownership of the in-store coaching experience—not just activity, but impact
Identify gaps in engagement, check-ins, and follow-through—and act on them
Ensure clients leave with a clear plan, confidence, and next steps
Develop Educators into Coaches:
Train, mentor, and coach Educators in real time on the floor
Provide direct, actionable feedback to improve performance and confidence
Hold the team accountable to coaching standards, not just task completion
Support onboarding and continuous development of team members
Lead the Shift:
Act as the leader on duty, ensuring alignment, focus, and energy
Set the tone for urgency, professionalism, and client-first thinking
Step in quickly to redirect when standards or performance slip
Own the Execution of the Day:
Ensure daily operations are completed with excellence and efficiency
Maintain a high standard of organization, cleanliness, and readiness
Oversee inventory flow and product availability to support the client experience
Ensure systems (POS, client plans, daily sheet) are executed accurately
Solve Problems Proactively:
Identify inefficiencies and take initiative to fix them
Anticipate needs of the team and the business before they become issues
Be the Culture Carrier:
Model PLN’s core values in every action and interaction
Create an environment of accountability, growth, and ownership
Foster open, honest communication with both team and leadership
Hold the Standard:
Address gaps in performance directly and constructively
Reinforce expectations consistently across all team members
This is not a task-based leadership role—this is for someone who takes ownership of people, performance, and outcomes.
You naturally step into leadership and take initiative
You hold yourself and others to a high standard
You care about developing people, not just managing them
You believe education and accountability drive results
You focus on long-term client success, not short-term transactions
You actively seek feedback and apply it
You are driven to grow into higher leadership within the company
This role is the pipeline to higher leadership within Project LeanNation.
If you consistently:
Elevate coaching conversations
Develop strong Educators
Take ownership of store performance
You will grow into expanded leadership opportunities.
This is your opportunity to lead from the front, develop others, and create real impact.
At Project LeanNation, Key Leads don’t just run shifts—they build coaches, drive results, and shape the future of the business.
