What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer Experience: Welcome customers, answer questions, educate them about our products, and help them find solutions that fit their health and nutrition goals.

  • InBody Scans & Consultations: Conduct body composition scans and provide one-on-one nutrition and wellness consultations. Training will be provided, but you must be comfortable learning and confidently performing these services.

  • Meal Orders & Deliveries: Help unload our meal delivery truck, organize inventory, stock freezers, and box member meal orders for pickup.

  • Shake Bar & Retail: Prepare protein shakes, process purchases, assist with membership plans, and maintain a clean, organized store.

  • Community Events: Represent Project LeanNation at local gyms, fitness events, farmers markets, and other community partnerships.

Scheduling & Physical Requirements

Weekend availability is REQUIRED. This position includes both in-store weekend shifts and participation in community events, which frequently take place on Saturdays and Sundays.

Applicants must also be comfortable with:

  • A physically active role involving standing, lifting, stocking, and unloading deliveries.

  • Lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Working as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.

  • Learning new systems, products, and wellness services.

Someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and a genuine interest in health and wellness. Retail, customer service, fitness, or nutrition experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
