Help People Feel Better, Perform Better & Live Healthier
Are you energized by connecting with people and helping others reach their goals? Do you have a genuine interest in nutrition, fitness, wellness, or healthy living?
Project LeanNation (PLN) is looking for energetic, relationship-driven Nutrition & Wellness Educators to join our Plano team.
This is not a traditional restaurant or food-service job. Our mission is to help people make healthy eating easier and build habits that support their individual nutrition, wellness, and performance goals.
You don't need to be a nutrition expert—we'll teach you the PLN approach. You do need to love engaging with people, be eager to learn, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Nutrition & Wellness Educator, you'll:
Build genuine relationships with clients and create a welcoming, high-energy experience.
Learn about each client's goals and help connect them with the right PLN resources and solutions.
Educate clients about healthy eating, PLN meals, protein, macronutrients, meal planning, and body composition.
Support clients with InBody scans and help them understand and track their progress.
Encourage and celebrate clients as they work toward their goals.
Help clients select meals, shakes, snacks, and products that fit their needs.
Prepare and serve protein shakes and process purchases.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Restock products and assist with inventory deliveries, including lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
Have a passion for nutrition, fitness, wellness, sports, or healthy living.
Genuinely enjoy talking with people and building relationships.
Are naturally encouraging and get satisfaction from helping others succeed.
Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to your work.
Are curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
Are dependable, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Want a role where you can make a difference—not just complete transactions.
We welcome candidates at different stages of life and career, including students, recent graduates, experienced professionals, and individuals returning to the workforce after taking time away to focus on family or other priorities.
Relevant backgrounds and interests may include nutrition, dietetics, kinesiology, exercise science, health sciences, sports performance, personal training, coaching, wellness, education, retail, hospitality, customer experience, or relationship-based sales.
Previous health and wellness experience is a plus, but not required. Your ability to connect with people, learn, and bring positive energy matters most.
What Makes a Great PLN Educator?
Enthusiasm — You bring positive energy and make people feel welcome.
Knowledge — You're eager to learn and excited to share what you know.
Emotional IQ — You listen, connect, and understand that everyone's journey is different.
Influence — You encourage people to take positive steps toward their goals.
Discipline — You're dependable, follow through, and maintain high standards.
Why Join PLN?
This is more than a shift behind a counter. You'll gain hands-on experience in nutrition education, client engagement, body composition, wellness coaching, and relationship building while becoming part of a growing health and wellness community.
If you're looking to launch your career, return to the workforce, or find meaningful work where your energy and people skills can make a difference, we'd love to meet you.
Join the PLN movement and help us improve lives—one conversation, one meal, and one goal at a time.
