Project LeanNation is hiring a Community Outreach & Wellness Partnerships Specialist to help us grow our presence across Dublin, Powell, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Build relationships with gyms, fitness studios, wellness clinics, and local businesses

• Plan and execute community events, pop-ups, and activations

• Represent PLN at events and confidently share our mission

• Generate leads and help fill the consult calendar

• Follow up with prospects and partners consistently

• Create excitement and awareness around our brand

• Work directly with the General Manager to drive growth

What This Role Really Is

This is not a desk job.

You will be:

• In gyms and local businesses

• At events

• Meeting new people daily

• Starting conversations

• Building partnerships from scratch

Your success is measured by:

• Leads generated

• Partnerships created

• Community visibility

• Energy and presence in the market

Compensation: 

$15–$18/hour + performance bonuses

• Base hourly rate

• Bonus opportunities tied to leads, partnerships, and consults booked
