Eligibility: This Money-Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") is applicable only to new members who have completed their LEAN consultation and have purchased one week of a Weekly Lifestyle or Athlete meal plan subscription ("Qualifying Purchase").
Satisfaction Period: Members have the right to request a full refund within seven (7) days following the receipt of their first order on the meal plan ("Satisfaction Period").
Refund Request: To initiate a refund, the member must contact the Project LeanNation store where they subscribed to the subscription meal plan within the Satisfaction Period and provide a detailed explanation for their dissatisfaction with the support or products received.
Refund Amount: The refund will cover the full cost of the Qualifying Purchase, excluding any delivery or handling fees, if applicable.
Processing: Upon approval of the refund request, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method used for the Qualifying Purchase.
