The PLN InBody Challenge is a health transformation contest to get you on the right track to a healthier, happier life. The goal of this competition is to reward individuals who improve their overall body composition by decreasing body fat percentage.
We will be using the In-Body 270 for the body composition scans. Challengers will complete their pre-challenge scan at 1 pm on September 8th followed by a short informational talk about all the details. The final scan will be 6 weeks later on October 21st at 1 pm followed by the awards presentation.

What if I do not attend Group Sweats?
You will not qualify to get back your commitment deposit back. You will still qualify to win the challenge.
Can I weigh in early?
Kick Off Day – No, we would like you to weigh in with the other Challengers so you can be there for all the details of the program.
Final Weigh In – Yes, however, you will lose your commitment deposit. You will still qualify to win.
Does posting in the FB Group Count?
Posting in the group is encouraged to be a source of motivation for yourself and others. To earn back your commitment deposit is a little help getting letting the world know about your journey and how PLN is assisting you. We need you to post on your public pages on either Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag #plnchallenge.
Tip – Remember a Check-In when you pick up your meals or attend a Group sweat would count.
Do I have to attend the Mid-Point Check-In?
The midpoint check in is totally optional.
What if I do not have social media?
You can fulfill your commitment by sending us a weekly email email@example.com with a victory or a check-in. *Please include a picture if possible.
The Terms to Earn back the Commitment Deposit.
Attend a minimum of three of our #GroupSweats.
Post something about your journey 1 time per week on your public social media account utilizing the hashtag #plnchallenge. Not on social media, no problem send us something that would be motivating to our network and we will post it for you.
Join our group as we kick off the challenge the final group weighs-in/awards presentation
Current Members must be in “Active Status” all six weeks.
*If you are unable to fulfill the terms, that is fine… but the Challenge will cost you your deposit.
