What is Project LeanNation
Project LeanNation is not just a meal prep company. We are also a highly supportive community. We know the right food can change your life. It did for us!
Is there a membership fee?
No, and there never will be. Subscribe and we’ll provide you with healthy meals each week, with no hidden fees. All of our subscriptions are non-commital.
Can I choose my meals?
Yes, you can! We offer several plans based on our members’ intentions. Some of our plans are Chef’s Choice and we can accommodate some preferences. Our Signature Line offers our members the ability to select meals and can be adjusted on a weekly basis. Plus, we are always releasing new meals so worry not, we provide a ton of variety regardless of the plan you choose.
Are your ingredients organic?
We aim to source locally and incorporate organic ingredients when we have the opportunity to do so. Our focus is on keeping our meals affordable so everyone can have healthy meals in minutes.
How are the ingredients sourced?
We source our ingredients from a local supplier partnered with a network of responsible farms both locally and throughout the country.
Is it Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner?
We are advocates of eating any meal at any time. We believe losing the labels can help you stay on track with your nutritional goals. But if you like everything in its place, we do offer breakfast and the rest would be considered either lunch or dinner.
Is the packaging safe?
Of course! The containers are 100% food safe and BPA FREE. We believe strongly in Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
What is the minimum order?
Our smallest option would be 12-meals per week. If you need to make adjustments or discuss other options, just reach out and we are happy to assist you with the best strategy for your needs. If you are looking for less then 12 meals per week, swing by a local store and we can take care of you with our retail selections.
Do you offer any Gluten Free options?
You bet! All of our meals are gluten-free.
Common Questions AFTER Ordering
Can I pick up my meals In-Store?
Of course! We offer meal plan pickup and have meals readily available in our store locations for anyone looking to just grab a bite or purchase individual meals for the week. Stop in, we’d love to connect with you and are open 7 days a week.
What are the store hours?
- Monday – Thursday: 9AM-7PM
- Friday – Sunday: 9AM-6PM
- Monday – Thursday: 10AM-6PM
- Friday – Sunday: 10AM-5PM
- Monday – Thursday: 11AM-7PM
- Saturday: 9AM-3PM
- Sunday: 11AM-3PM
When will my meals arrive?
Local Delivery – All deliveries are made on Sunday. To help you keep your weekend plans on track, we will send you a text with a timeframe of when you can expect your meals to arrive.
National Shipping – We ship every Monday directly from our kitchens to ensure your meals will arrive fresh on either Tuesday or Wednesday (depending on your zip code). They will arrive in a thermally regulated shipping box to keep your food cold while in transit. You will receive an email from our shipping partner that will include all of your tracking details. Please place in a fridge or cooler as soon as possible after receiving.
Will my subscription auto renew?
Yes, all Project LeanNation meal plans are a Non-Committal Weekly Subscription. Your plan will renew weekly unless we hear otherwise from you. If at any time you need to pause or cancel your service, simply reach out and we will be happy to accommodate your request
Trick to re-heating the meals?
For convenience anytime and anywhere, our containers are safe to be re-heated in a microwave.
Depending on how thawed your meal is, place on medium heat for a couple of minutes or as needed to be warmed through. We recommend allowing the meal to rest 1-2 minutes after re-heating to reduce any excess moisture.
With a little more time, placing the meal in the oven (no lid) on a baking sheet or cooking in a pan on the stove are also great options to get the most of your food.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Oh no! Don’t worry, we will make it right. Whether the issue is temperate or packaging damage, contact us right away and we are happy to do everything we can to resolve for you and address with the shipping company.
*Disclaimer: We cannot offer reimbursement or resolution if the meals are warm as a result of the package sitting out*
How to make changes to my account?
If you want to make any changes to your account simply reach out and we are more than happy to accommodate your requests. We do ask that all holds and/or changes are made by the close of business on the Wednesday prior to your next fulfillment. Please note, any holds or cancellations made after this deadline will result in a $20 restock fee.
What if I want to change plans?
More power to you! We encourage members to try out a few plans to see which one they love most and best suits their needs.
All of our meal plans are structured to provide you with ideal macro and micronutrients and caloric needs.
If you do decide to switch, simply reach out by the close of business on Wednesday, prior to your next fulfillment and we will adjust accordingly for you. *Any changes made after this deadline will be subject to availability*
